Q. How do I complete and confirm the payment?
A. Currently we only approve bank transfer. After you have complete your payment, please let us know your name, bank account, and transferred amount on this Payment Confirmation page.
Q. I haven't received my package yet. I want to know the tracking status of my order.
A. Let us know by sending your name and order number to email@example.com. We are more than happy to check the shipping tracking status for you and provide you the tracking number.
Q. It seems that my package has been delivered to a wrong address and is now lost forever. Do I get a refund?
A. We are very sorry to hear this. However, any items shipped to wrong address due to shipping company failure are NOT our responsibility to refund or reship. As for the compensation, we will give you a 30% discount on your next order.
Q. I need my order to be shipped immediately today. Is there any faster shipping method?
A. Yes, we can ship it by Gojek / Grab Express (Jabodetabek only), delivered from South Jakarta area. Please place your order manually by Whatsapp to +62 878 8480 1993. You will have to pay the delivery fee by cash upon arrival.
